  • Are we a fit? After a brief intro call, we will assess if relationship makes sense for both parties. There is a chemistry that is imperative between talent and their management team.

  • Onboarding: The SMT team will set intentions with each talent to ensure both parties are working toward common goals. Whether that is number of partnerships secured each month or dream brands to partner with, we will cover what stretch goals look like and set realistic expectations for our progress together.

  • Proactive pitching + inbound responding: The SMT team believes in a healthy balance between outbound pitching and inbound relationship building. There is no “right” way to get brand deals, but there are more intentional ways to approach building relationships. Given our guiding light is always intention, we never “spray and pray” or send out generic media kits with rate cards. Each deal is given the attention it deserves to foster longer term relationships with brands.

  • Negotiation and execution: The team at SMT is there to guide talent throughout the whole collaboration process. We believe talent should focus on creation and the talent team should steer the ship. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just getting started, we are here to help make the partnership process smooth and seamless.

  • Data and analytics: We love a good data set! Data helps us determine which KPIs to focus on. Our team will review each campaign to guide a solid approach for the next.
